  3. New Stuff You Might Want To Get Involved In If You’re Local

I’m making to my class membership which I think will make you go “oooh now that sounds interesting”

(especially the last change – Coaching and Coffee, I’m particularly excited for you to see that)

  • As of the 1st November 2025, all new starters will be invited to join in a monthly beginner workshop as their induction process. This will be a small group of 2-5 people, on the last Saturday of each month from 10:00-12:00. It will cost £49 each and will equip you with kettlebell, bodyweight and erg (rowing machine and skierg) techniques that, even if you don’t choose to join my group, will upgrade your fitness – because I teach skills in ways that stick. Oh and there will be snacks (provided) and loo breaks inside that 2 hour session 😉 And everyone who comes to me is really cool, without exception, so you’ll meet some great women on these workshops.

These workshops are a requirement to join my regular classes. The form and technique skills that I draw on are what make my training so effective, and for that reason I can’t allow drop-ins to my classes without a skill induction.

If for any reason we agree between us you’d benefit more from a 1-1 workshop than a small group workshop, we can arrange that instead – it’s £99 for a 1-1 90min session. Email me separately if you feel you might need that.

These workshops are open to ALL, not just if you’re local. They’ll upgrade your fitness skills to meet my standards so that you can take them forwards into your own training, or you can join online follow my classes on my app.

Next few beginner workshops are scheduled for: Sat 29th November, Sat 3rd January, Sat 31st January.

If you’re curious or keen, check them out and book in here

After you’ve done your Beginner Workshop, you’re eligible to join my Juno Class Membership: aka “Kettlebell Classes” which happen 3 days of the week with 5 classes to choose from:

In addition to the essential kettlebell lifts, the classes are inclusive of basic callisthenics, and Concept2 ergs (rowing machines and skiergs) for a complete, varied and dynamic training system in a women-only group.

Absolutely everyone is making progress in this group. I look around at them often and marvel at how well they move and how proud they should be at what they can do now after they all told me in their first session that they’d never been able to do before. It is very cool.

And it takes place without a camera – if you follow me on Instagram, you wouldn’t even know I do classes. Yet they’re the beating heart of Juno. A growing group of women, showing up and laughing and egging each other on and increasing their KB weights and wearing whatever they want and generally getting on with becoming physically better each time they come. Sans mirrors. Sans cameras. Just underground magic taking place five times a week ✨

Membership Options:

Basic membership: limited to just ONE class per week – £45 (you can only come to the class time you commit to, in all other memberships you can swap and change which class you attend each week)

Level 1 membership: choose ANY 6 classes per month £69

Level 2 membership: choose ANY 9 classes per month £89

Level 3 membership: choose ANY 13 classes per month £109

Flexibility class is free for members.

Ok this is my favourite new update:

  • Coaching and Coffee Morning: every 1-2 months, instead of the 9:30-10:30 class, we’re replacing it with a sit-down coaching session, to talk about the things that support our fitness.

We will alternate between two topics across the sessions:

Unfucking your relationship with:

1: food and eating

2: fitness/exercise

Open to members for free or £29 for non-members.

Next Coaching and Coffee mornings:

– 18th October 9:30-10:30 (food and eating)

– 17th January 9:30-10:30 (relationship with fitness/exercise)

– 21st February 9:30-10:30 (food and eating)

They will take place at the gym unless it’s too bloody cold in the winter months and I find an alternative venue!

You can book onto Jan and Feb workshops here. The 18th October workshop is reserved for class members.

Please feel free to reply with any questions at all and I’ll look forward to seeing you in the coming weeks 🙂
