Coaching and Coffee

Included in your membership and open to non-members, these monthly workshops are coaching conversations, talking about the Big Things that influence our relationship with our bodies when we’re also trying to make them physically fitter and stronger.

Figuring out your relationship with:

  2. food

Book A 1-1 Workshop

Book a tailorable, 1-1 schedule to learn whatever you want from me.

You can book between 1 hour to 10 hours of my time, in-person or online, to overcome whatever strength, fitness or technique issues you’re coming up against and want my advice and training on.

Previously people have used 1-1 Workshops for:

  • Full kettlebell technique training (eg. 6 hours across 2 weeks)
  • Fixing a TGU (1 hour)
  • Figuring out ways to train around a knee injury (1 hour)
  • Getting back into training after pregnancy and c-section (10 hours across 10 weeks)
  • Solving a “Why can’t I kick up into handstands?” query (3 hours across 3 weeks)
  • Making sure KB Snatches and Cleans stop smashing wrists so they could train without injury (2 hours in one week)
  • Getting stronger without buying heavier kettlebells (4 hours across 4 weeks)

We use Zoom for online workshops.
