Book a tailorable, 1-1 schedule to learn whatever you want from me.
You can book between 1 hour to 10 hours of my time, in-person or online, to overcome whatever strength, fitness or technique issues you’re coming up against and want my advice and training on.
This is perfect for you if you want to join The Training Sessions online but don’t live close enough to learn in-person or can’t make a workshop.
Previously people have used 1-1 Workshops for:
- Full kettlebell technique training (6 hours across 2 weeks)
- Fixing a TGU (1 hour)
- Figuring out ways to train around a knee injury (1 hour)
- Getting back into training after pregnancy and c-section (10 hours across 10 weeks)
- Solving a “Why can’t I kick up into handstands?” query (3 hours across 3 weeks)
- Making sure KB Snatches and Cleans stop smashing wrists so they could train without injury (2 hours in one week)
- Getting stronger without buying heavier kettlebells (4 hours across 4 weeks)
We use Zoom for online workshops.
