None of them. ⁣

No matter how well meaning or how close the family member. Even your mother.⁣

They ALL come from a place where bodies something to be monitored at all times…⁣

Lest they go ROGUE and look the way they’re actually 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 to look when we’re looking after our physical and mental health through intelligent movement and a normal relationship with eating.⁣

They come from a place where the billion £ diet industry has brainwashed generations of women to think that our bodies need to be controlled so that we keep paying them and hating ourselves. ⁣

No.⁣

Our bodies need to be 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 and allowed to go rogue – build muscle, get sweaty, make noise, dress for comfort, dress for pleasure, eat for energy, eat for fun, deeply 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 ourselves without needing to control ourselves for someone else’s misguided opinions. ⁣

Lead the way. They need to see us go rogue. ⁣

Strong Girls have a place here.
