The great thing about kettlebell training is that it uses such basic, simple movements. There’s a difference between training and entertainment.

Think about WHY you’re doing something.

If said movement can only be done with a light weight, that’s because either you’re a beginner (and should be using a heavier weight within a few days or weeks) OR because the movement is recovery/play only.

Recovery is great, but you need something to recover from.

Play is also great, but it won’t provide enough pressure on your body to change anything about it.

If you don’t have heavy days, you don’t need light days 😉

If heavy is scary, kettlebells are the best place to start.
