The first open session for Strong Girls Club starts today!

Our group has had a bit of a change to ensure that we’re all getting the best out of our training weeks. Instead of just one led class per week on a Saturday morning to hone our skills under the guidance of an instructor, we also have two written programmes to complete each week, individual to each member’s goals. One of those sessions is a home session (to complete as many times as we want), the other takes place at the studio, making use of all the equipment we might not have access to at home.

Allowing for a few individual differences in aims, by far the most popular goal is to be able to do press-ups! Watch this space for reports of success in the coming weeks.
